Standard Rates
My translation rates will be based on the source word/character count and depend on a number of factors such as subject matter, deadline, format and total volume.

Discounts
Discounts for large volume translation projects can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply to handwritten documents, documents with complicated formatting, PowerPoint presentations, quick turnarounds etc.

DTP Fees
I work with other professionals experienced in DTP and DTP fees can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued after completion of the project or monthly for regular clients. Payment is due within thirty calendar days from the invoice date. However, for new clients, we may request a 50% deposit or 100% payment in advance.
