Standard Rates
Our translation rates depend on a number of factors such as subject matter, deadline, format and total volume. However, they generally fall into the follow ranges:

English to Chinese translation         USD 0.12 - 0.18 per source English word

* For small projects, we have a minimum charge of USD 50.00.

Discounts
5% for new clients as an incentive to discover the high quality of our translation
Discounts for large volume translation projects will be discussed

Additional Fees
15% for PowerPoint presentations and .htm/.html/.php/.xml files
15% for rush projects

DTP Fees
USD 50 per hour

Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued after completion of the project or monthly for regular clients. Payment is due within thirty calendar days from the invoice date. However, for new clients, we may request a 50% deposit or 100% payment in advance.
